Complaint - shopper bag
<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought a navy shopper bag to carry my groceries, but realised too late, that the navy dye of the bag came off on my hands and clothing.</p> <p>I purchased the bag at Woolworths in Adderley Street Cape Town. </p> <p>I am very disappointed as I always buy these bags and never experience this poor quality.</p> <p>I expect more from products at Woolworths. </p> <p>Please advise. </p> <p>Ms. Z. I have not realised that Woolworths no longer reply to customer complaints. It has been more than 2 weeks now and still I have had no feedback regarding my complaint.
I am utterly disappointed that a well established company could drop the ball like this.
I do believe that I will no longer be a Woolies shopper.
