Complaint Regarding Walkmates School Shoes Quality

I have been purchasing Walkmates school shoes for over four years and have always been very satisfied with the quality and durability. The shoes have consistently lasted approximately a year, which made the investment worthwhile for our family, even though it is not always financially easy. However, I am very disappointed with my most recent purchase made at the end of January 2026 for my daughter. After only two months of use, the shoes have started coming apart and pulling loose. This is far below the standard I have come to expect from your brand. Given my long-standing support and the clear defect in this pair, I kindly request that you investigate this matter and advise on a possible replacement or solution.
