Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service

Dear Store Manager,

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the poor treatment my mother received at your Woolworths Shop 504 Tygervalley clothing section.

During her visit to your store, she was assisted by a cashier ( Akhana September) whose attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of being treated with courtesy and respect as a customer, my mother was made to feel uncomfortable and disrespected. The cashier’s tone and manner of speaking were inappropriate and did not reflect the level of customer service one would expect from Woolworths.

As a loyal customer, this experience was very upsetting for both my mother and our family. Customers should feel welcomed and valued when shopping at your store, regardless of the situation.

I kindly request that this matter be looked into and addressed appropriately to ensure that no other customer has a similar experience in the future.
