COMPLAINT re lack of service

I am so disappointed with the service I AM NOT receiving from Woolworths. They normally at top class and understand things are a bit difficult now but to NOT REPLY to my emails for OVER ONE WEEK is not acceptable. I have emailed numerous times and to numerous addresses... but let me be rest assured that IF I DID NOT PAY my account I would get a reponse....
