complaint: plattekloof woolworths

<p>Good day<br />I type this email in the hope of finally getting feedback. I shop on a daily basis at your store in plattekloof cape town as I live close by. Since going there for the past few months I have not been happy with the service I have been getting in terms of being "helpful" and with regards to providing feedback on a matter.I have been very unhappy with a lady named Melissa who works there, she has a very bad attitude problem and always gives off a negative vibe when having to come assist the tellers. She also never greets and recently we had an issue with her attitude towards us (the clients) and still have not received feedback from the store manager. I have spent thousands on your products, a very loyal client and I think the quality is good but shouldn't your service also entail quality. No point in selling great products when the service you get is not worth it.<br />I normally go for drives over weekends and when wanting a snack I go to woolworths and I have really enjoyed the constantia branch, but why should i go all the way there when I have one in my area but because of the quality of service I am getting I feel so demotivated to go to that branch.
