Complaint - pathetic service & processes

You have a really pathetic process in place for missed payments - to cancel future debit orders! Wow, that's really Treating Customers Fairly! So my payment bounced, I checked the payment was received by you & it was confirmed it was successfully received. Truth of the matter - the payment wasn't received but instead of contacting me, you cancel my future debit orders & hand my over to attorneys. Really is this how you do business? I've been a faithful customer for over 15 years paying every month & 1 debit order doesn't go though & this is how you treat me! Your processes & Call Centers are all useless, pathetic & so against everything that is customer centric.
