Complaint of a poor customer service

Customer service Century City is pathetic. The consultant was very rude and disrespectful. I will not stoop low if I get a gift and ask for a receipt. Woolworths need to advice the company to change their policy. I drove all the way to Woolworths Canal Walk yesterday the 18th November 2022 . Wanted to exchange the Guess T-shirt and Jean and the lady at customer service refused to take it saying she needs a slip , I explained my son received it as a gift but she did not want to listen. I am so disappointed and disgruntled with the fact that the lady had no trust. I am a working mom, I have a career.
