Complaint!

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at Woolworths. Yesterday, I visited your store on my birthday, intending to buy a cake. I participated in the cake-tasting event and tasted the cake twice. Shortly after, the staff began harassing me, presumably because I was wearing my work uniform. Despite apologizing to them for any misunderstanding, I was left feeling humiliated.

Today, the situation escalated in an unacceptable way. The same staff members actually came to my workplace in their uniforms and caused a scene, accusing me of taking seconds on the cake tasting. This behavior is not only unprofessional but completely inappropriate. I immediately went to the store to report the incident, but instead of receiving help, I was further harassed by the staff and even the store manager.

This experience has left me feeling shocked and disrespected. I expect Woolworths to take this matter seriously, as this behavior from your employees is completely out of line. I look forward to hearing how you plan to address this situation.
