Complaint about Woolworths

I have requested two stores to remove pet/dog mince and find a different space for it. It is currently kept un the same fridge that keep meat products. They have sent me from pillar to post, stores blaming the head office layout planners, while the head office is pointing fingers at the stores. My complaint has not yet been resolved and there is not appetite to address it. Its culturally very offensive to keep dog meat products with meat meant for humans consumption.
