Complaint about torn Jean

I bought jeans at Woolworths Zevewacht Mall in Frb 2021 but my son only wore it in Aprul but i discovered that there was ahuge tear close to the zip. They refused to refund me full price because i didnt have slip but it still has tag. From 350 to 90,which i refused to accept.
