COMPLAINT ABOUT ROTTEN MEAT IGNORED BY WOOLWORHTS

I bought a T bone Steak at Woolworths Durbanville yesterday – 10 February 2021. I bought it at 18h17 and when I got home and wanted to prepare it for my husband The meat had a funny smell. I washed it and it had slimy feeling and the foul smell Was still there. I’ve decided to put it in a zip log bag in my freezer as evidence. I informed Woolworth immediately, I am send from pillar to post, and the received electronic confirmation that my complain has been received but to date no response to my complain I am either told to contact customer service on ***. I emailed customer service as I want proof of my communication with them but no response. Horrible service delivery at it's best
