Complaint about my Woolworths card dispute

I have an account in woolworths and i used it to purchase. Around February i received a message saying my credit limit has been declined. I went to the retainer shop to lodge a dispute and after follow up they respond saying i should open another card, i did. On March the same problem happened, l lodge another dispute until i told myself to paid up the account..Now when i want to close the accounts, the statements show another credit that i don't know of 420 whereas on my balance account shows 00 and over played by 250.So is been long time going back and forth with woolworth in vain Can you please assist before they ********* me Minah Nkadimeng
