Complaint About Low-Quality Products

I’m disappointed and frustrated with the poor quality of the underwear I purchased from Woolworths in December. Despite paying a premium price, the items are tearing after just a short period of use.

This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered such an issue. With previous purchases, I overlooked it, but after buying multiple packs in the last three months, I’m still facing the same problem.

This experience has made me question the quality standards of Woolworths, and I feel both let down and dissatisfied. I’d appreciate a resolution, as this is not acceptable for a brand of your reputation.
