Complaint

I've visited Woolworths at Carlton center on the 8th of March 2021 and I purchased a 3PK Opaque tights, black in colour , super large. However I was disappointed with their product, one pair of the tight has a small hole in it and the other pair is a small size, I don't know how they mix super large tights with a small tights. It is such an inconvenient because I now have to wear a tight with a hole in it and the other one I can't wear it because it's a small size. I went to Jabulani mall to return the tights and I was told that they won't exchange the tights. I've sent them an email and till to date no agent from woolworths has been in contact.
