Woolworth is the worst retail store i have ever came across,they are *******

on the 30th of January this year i bought a pair of underwear because i trusted the quality,and it was towards valentines days it was 2 pack of bras and matching panties the lacy once.

i did not wear them same time as i bought them for valentines day,okay the day came when i wear the bra it had a hole in it,i took it back to the store the lady at customer service took it and said they dont have it in store but they will check and see if its available on other woollies i bought and returned at Woolworth westgate so took my numbers the lady said she will call me to come and collect the bra and that was on the 15th of February this year.after maybe 3 weeks with no respond from Woolworth west gate i decided to call them with my own airtime mind you me those bras cost R429,i firstly spoke to a guy who said he was manager i think his name was Thulani he was so rude to me and he gave the phone to a lady called i think Portia she was also so rude they she said she will call me till today

i will be reporting this to the ombudsman i mean if someone can take something from u guys they pay interest right but you the great Woolworth you can do what ever you want to do with our hard earned money
