Complaint

I'm disappointed with Woolworths' customer service. I submitted a complaint regarding my debit order date being changed without my request, which resulted in a payment issue and the need for manual payments. I emailed Woolworths regarding the matter but have received no response or acknowledgement. I expected better communication and would appreciate someone taking the time to address my complaint.
