Worst service you'll ever get at East Rand Mall store, took my money paid way more than the installment thinking I'll be able use my store card to get my kids clothes for Xmas to my surprise when I got to the store and after making a purchase was told they will have to void my purchase because this is the first time using my replacement card I had to have my ID with which is understandable as I for one works for client care department I know there certain procedures to be followed. Was the told by the manager they will fix it as it had already been debited on my credit and I can go. Only to found two days later when I tried using my card that it wasn't fixed, and I when went to store she claims that I was told that it will take 7 days for the funds to be reversed back and there is nothing she can do I will have to wait, while when I spoke to a consultant from one of the online services was told they only need a void slip and all will be fixed. She had a nerve to tell me that next time need to make sure I have my ID with, now I have to pay in cash for clothes meanwhile had already paid my store card because the 7 working days will be after Xmas and kids will have to have new clothes for 25th
