Complaint

<p>I bought a shirt at Woolworths , 45 Crn Kerk an JHB Rissik street and when it did not fit me I decided to return it back on the 16/02/2017. </p> <p>Cashier requested for a supervisor to come and authorise the return, when she came through she flattly refused to authorise and said the t-shirt had been worn and I asked her how because it still had the price tag attached to it and the only reason it was wrinkled was because I kept it on a plastic bag as she was complaining tha it was too wrinkled. I requested for a manager to come and handle the matter and she refused and told me that her manager will tell me the same thing , never have I been so disrespected as she left me standing there and said she will not authorise the return and neither will her manager .</p> <p>Name of the supervisor is Stokie at the Woolworths customer service, service which I did not receive.</p> <p>I am utterly disgusted with the service that the Woolworths employee gave me and also refused me my right to speak to a manager.</p>
