<p> (Thurs 02nd June @ Rosebank Mall)</p> <p>I bought a pack of men’s briefs, and when I went back to exchange it, as it was the wrong size, I was told that I could not return or exchange it, as they have a no return policy on underwear. </p> <p> </p> <p>Whilst I understand this practice and support it completely, the underwear was sealed tight in plastic and the only way of opening it was to break it. The pack was not tampered with but I was still refused a swap-out.</p> <p> </p> <p>I eventually left the merchandise on the counter along with the till slip, R250 out of pocket.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please advise if this is a standard practise, that ALL underwear locked up tightly in a plastic pack, is NEVER swapped-out or refunded for?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
