I went to Woolworth's after work to get me a pants as the major 65% sale is on. So I took 5 items to the fitting room and the lady went through it with me. I went to go fit and selected 3 items, i then went to see if the I can find another shirt that is a smaller size and found other 2 items and went to go fit. So my 3 selected items became 2 and I went to the food department as I need hot chocolate. When i went to the till the lady rang my items up, and my last item that was rang was wrong, so the original price was R299 then marked down to R180 and with another Sale sticker of R42 but on the scanner it shows R126 - for me as a customer the price is marked down to R42. So the one duty manager told me I must show her another item that also has more than one sticker. I went and grabbed my other item that i did not take and went back to the till. Then the duty manager that assisted me was gone and I stood for like 5 min for someone to get back to me regarding this issue. So arrogantly the teller lady said but price is marked down 65% thats why its displaying on the scanner R126 so if you take R299 and take 65% off then it will be R104.65. So another duty manager came and said she cannot give it to me for the price on the shirt because of the system and the price that is being scanned and saying that my 2 items of 1000 pieces of sale items on the floor is the only 2 that has different stickers, so now im the one that walks with the same sale price tag machine as Woolworth's and doing this???? This after I showed other items also being displayed with more than one sale sticker and stickers that not on the labels. If you go through my account, you will see I am an excellent payer and support Woolworth's. I would like for them to go onto their cameras and please do go and see who is wrong and who is right, making me feel like a ******** is not on and showing disrespect towards me how is this fair? The item showed R42 I paid R126. I completely lost interest in Woolworth's
