Complaint

Woolworths Maponya mall and Jabulane mall are the worst woolworths I have ever sat my foot at. My card was blocked both shops could not even tell me what was the problem instead they gave me run around. At Maponya I was told that the problem was fixed and I will be able to use my card. I went to jabulane and still experience the same problem my card declined no one could say what was the problem. I went to customer service and the guy there told me that the problem needed them to call WFS and unfortunately he can't help me because he is going to lunch. How can you even say that to a client. I was livid. Yesterday I went to campus square to close my account because that account was paid off the issue could only be known by the WFS department.... Just when I wanted to close the account the coloured lady there helped me. I am really disappointed with the stuff at Maponya and Jabulane. I will never ever have woolies credit card or store card again in my life.
