Complaint

I had a worst experience from Woolworth Parow centre. I bought boots there that was on special and when I fit at home it was too tight I went there the following day to exchange but they refuse to accept it. I've have tried numerous time to excalate via the messager but they keep on saying there will get in touch with me. I'm so frustrated right now because I'm sitting with small shoes????????????????????????????????
