Dear Woolworths

Imagine my absolute disappointment; Horror; dissatisfaction and utter frustration when I sat down to lunch yesterday to eat a piece of very expensive rotisserie chicken bought from one of your stores that very morning.

This was completely unacceptable!!! I am sure you know Uncooked chicken can cause Salmonella food poisoning (best case scenario) So not only was I disappointed; I was Hangry because I did not eat lunch and dinner was a few hours away - Congrats; You managed to ruin my afternoon.

This is NOT the QUALITY nor The DIFFERENCE you promise.

Fix this; and Make it right; I spend way too much money in your stores to not get the VALUE I expect and deserve as a customer. Moreover; I've sent you an email to complain yesterday - DOLOLO response; I sent you a tweet; DOLOLO response. You need to do better at taking customer complaints seriously
