Complaint

Good day to whom it may concern,

I was at Woolworths Victory Park earlier today, 20 September, 2018. I had just finished my shopping and decided I felt like a cappuccino. I went to the counter and I had to wait for a few minutes for the lady behind the counter to assist me. Her name was Thulisile. She was playing on her phone. She didn't say good afternoon at all. I had to get her attention before she looked up. She then reluctantly put her phone down. She made my drink. then picked up her phone again, and the next customer had to wait. It was not a pleasant experience. I was disappointed. I won't be coming back. You have a lost a customer, who has used that service before.
