Complaint

I just had the most horrible service from a lady by the name of Faiza that just has a mean attitude. Recently purchased sleep wear for my partner & misplaced the receipt, called the call centre to query how about to go in terms of exchanging that item that has tags the works. Went into the Woolies store in Adderly Str in Cape Town CBD 1st & for there was no greeting from her as customer service personal to the way she handled my exchange she made me fell like a common *****, I am never recommending this store to any of my friends & family coz with such staff that belittle people yet we should support its not ideal. I love my lovies brand but from today onwards I don't really know this needs to be looked into, but thanks to the lovey lady that continued with the transaction
