Complaint

Woolworths referred my account Nr: ********** ********** 13 Our *** Nr: nimblegroup then in February 2018 I paid my account and they promised to update the records on credit bureau

Now when I retrieved my free credit report it reflects that I still owe Woolworths which is very disappointing because the balance has been paid , I'm really ****ed off because I'm in a process of applying for a Home loan
