Complaint

I am a disappointed Woolworths customer and would like to complain about a store in particular, Mall @ Carnival. Each and every time when i go there for shopping, there's no sales assistants at all to assist customers on the floor and it's hard to find find things i'm looking for. Today i called the store and asked to be transferred to ladies department and i held for more than 3 minutes and my call was disconnected. For a store that strives on customer service and quality, this is totally unacceptable. Please look into this and respond.
