Complaint

A Woolworths consultant contacted me with an offer of a credit card and I was interested. We did it telephonically and it was successful. She later called me on same day to advise I can collect it at Canal walk and it’s ready, I even received an sms confirmation. I got there the guy told me it’s not finalised yet so I must come back the following day mind you that is my time and money as I don’t reside in canal walk, the guy proceeded to assist two other customers who were after me without resolving my issue. I felt so stupid and so undermined .
