Complain about woolworths

I resigned at woolworths with immediate effect.i was at the work place and ive been told i will get paid on the 27th november which never happened.i called headoffice trying to find out and i was told they only deal with pension funds and i should contact the store HR.i did call the store and it looks like they avoiding me because all they tell me is we will call headoffice and resolve this or you will get your money this week or the next.anyone with enough info please assist.now i have to pay rent and buy my son chrismas things but they not being honest with me
