Competition ****

I play their play and win competition. I won R10 000 and took a screenshot of it. I waited for them to come back to me and even sent emails informing them that i had not received any communication from them. I called head office and they gave me the wooliesrewardcompitition email address to let them know I won the cash prize. Again they took their time and rep**** back to me many days after and said they will wait for whatever to show up on my rewards profile. So i went back again just to try and see what is going in the competition only to find out that they changed my prize to a R25 beauty voucher. My screenshot clearly has metadata that will show that I got it from the website and time and day of screenshot from my phone.

Please help.
