Comolaint

I have been trying to pay my debt for 2 years now to their legal agents whom I don't know. I have written numerous emails to Woolworths Financial Sevices but I will only do business on WhatsApp or email which they have plus my ID number. I don't know my account number. I cannot hear so phone calls won't help. For 2 years my requests and contact info has been ignored ruining my credit record.
