Communication issue

Good day. I went to blue route mall woolies to purchase clothing for myself and my husband. We bought clothing to the value of R7500. We ordered three v-neck t-shirts as his size was not on the floor. We have since received a phone call and three sms's informing that the t-shirts are in store and we have two days to collect before the items are sent back to the various stores it was received from. I have gone into store as soon as the messages are received but everything it is a total waste of my time. No one finds the items and I wait 30-40 minutes at a time as the girls run from one store room to another. Quite frustrating and a total waste. What is the use of sms's been sent to customers if items are not kept with customer services
