Collector Using Bully Tacticts

The collecting company that woolworths is using has been using victimization and bully tacticts even thou we had an existing aggreement and a I have honored all payments they have been phoning me everyday since we made the aggrement and they instead were calling my workplace even thou I have given them my details, address and my personal cell number they keep calling, one of their employees even admitted to me that this company is making money from charging these phone calls, I have informed them many times but they simply ignore me and will call again everyday. There is an aggreement and I have honored all my payment is this how woolworths treats their paying customers. The woolworths epmloyees at the stores have told me that I would have to re-open the account and things would be better. They simply ignore the fact that I explain the reasons I explained why this account had problems. They harassing me and just ignore when I explain to the collecting company.<br> <br>
