collection

i paid my account via EFT on the 25th of September 2020, and in October i received a call from collection department saying i missed a payment and my account is handed over, i sent proof of payment do date they have not responded. now i have misconducts on my name because of them, i just want to close the account because woolworth is ruining my name and they not even reply to email. i am so disappointed i am goin to put this in all social media platforms. i wonder who is going to pay the accumulated interest for something that was not my fault. i have never even missed a payment and i always pay more.
