Cold and unfriendly service

I went to Woolworths Sandton City with my husband, excited to buy a winter fragrance. Simphiwe from the Chanel counter was very unfriendly. Not approachable, frowned at every question posed, it was like we were wasting her time and she had better things to do. We bought a product from her counter and there was no thank you or any closing remark...just a cold stare. How and why is she even working there honestly?!
