I showed it to the guy as well and no sollution either. If you complain on the woolies app, they only inform the shop manager and she phones to appologise. Again, why appologise if you dont get a sollution or solve matter first. I go in that shop weekly! There isnt a week that goes buy that there is something "out of stock."
