Closure Letter

I have requested closure letters for my store card and credit card two weeks ago and up to today I have to received the letters. My credit card I was told I must send my bank statement so I did and the refund is still not paid.<br> I want to know when I will receive my letters.<br> All I receive is only automated responses. That so lame and feel treat bad because I am closing my accounts.
