closing off loan account

<p>On february 2016 I settled and paid off my woolworths loan account which was supposedly left with a balance of about 8cents which has led me to incur an unnecessary R25.00 throughout the months, On several occasions i have been to the woolworths stores to try and pay for this amount which is inccurring unneccessarily and i'm failing because their system is not allowing them to link the payment and close this account but. I am very angry because the same system allows them to keep billing me and incurring unneccessary costs whilst they keep sending me from pillar to post. I've waisted so much petrol and energy trying to have this problem resolved.</p>
