CLOSING CASES THAT ARE NOT RESOLVED ...

On the 21st August 2025 i called ww customer care regarding the APP malfunction i was given a reference number *** to date the matter hasn't been resolved instead i received a email saying it has been resolved how i don't know . The customer service and IT Dpt has really dropped their standards all they know what to do is push people to open accounts just to give **** service talk about the DIFFERENCE
