Closing before advertised time.

On the 12th November, I arrived at the Douglasdale Woolworths at 19h01. The website states that the store is open on weeknights until 20h00. When met by the security guard at the entrance, he closed the door and stated that the store was closed. After explaining that the website advertised different trading hours to what they were practicing, as well as telling the guy that all I wanted was a bunch of flowers that was 1m away from me, he still refused me entry. The manager angrily came and told me to get lost. When I explained the same story to him, he told me that he knew that and its head office's problem and they didn't care. He then stated that I should go elsewhere If I didn't realise that they had altered their trading hours and rather not shop and Woolworths.
