Closer Letter

<p>I closed my Woolworth store account last week and requested a closure letter , i was told by the lady that assisted me that i will recieve it within two days time , Today is day 3 and i called the call centre they told me the request was never logged and i have to wait 4 days now ..... I dont see how it is my problem when i did request it and i was told it will take 2 day now im being told it will take 4 day ......Woolworths need to train there staff to asssist the customer right the first time .</p>
