close my account

I have been trying for over a month to close my account with Woolworths i just need it closed, what will it take? i have spoken to numerous people told i will get a letter in 24-48 hours and still nothing its 2022 and i have not received the letter who can assist me to get this done please call me between 1pm and 1.30pm to get this resolved
