Click and collect is a joke

I am extremely upset, I ordered online on 27/08 and cancelled 30/08 (reason for cancel i found item instore) I was advised it would take 48 working hours to process. Today is 10/09 im still waiting I have called more than 5 time which 90% of the time get hung up and no calls return Kindly refund me asap
