Click and collect DISASTER

Worst service ever received in my life from Woolworths ZAMBEZI JUNCTION. Ordered online for click and collect and was given a collection slot for 12pm. Waited over an hour outside the store while someone was still trying to prepare my order. When I went inside again to enquire I was told the team was on lunch and nobody is responding. Finally someone came and I was told that they are still preparing my order how ridiculous!! A whole hour to just get goods from the store and hand them to me. I decided to run my other errands and while driving I received call from the store that they are out of stock, why did they not tell me from the start????. Terrible customer service, disorganised staff, huge inconvenience , I will never shop from a woollies store ever again.
