Clearwater cosmetics counter is the pits- Sarah-Jane is the worst person I’ve ever dealt with… terrible service at this store

The worst experience ever, I purchased skin products from fourways worth close to 5k, one was the wrong product and returned it at Clearwater. Was told they can’t accept because it was not bought from their branch and that they sell that particular brand at the Clearwater store. A simple exchange ended up taking close to 30minutes, Sarah-Jane the manager at cosmetics is the worst thing that Woolworths could have ever done to themselves, she was terrible, disrespectful kept on speaking in her language when I’m standing in front of her like I’m some object. Overall worst service I’ve ever received as a long standing woolies customer and you guys can come collect all your other products and credit them and lose a 5k sale. Disgusted by the level of service.
