Clearing of name from ITC bureaus

I have paid up my account in Aug 2014. To my surprise I was contacted in Jan 2015 by Easton Berry to say that I owe Woolworths money. I supp**** all proof of the payment, it took them a month to trace the payment and sort this out. I was promised that my name will be cleared at the bureaus by the 6th of February 2015. This never happened, When I requested the proof that was sent from Woolworths to the bureaus I'm being told that there is \sensitive"information that might be an issue. Surely this is for me as client to decide.<br> I have been patient enough for 6 months since paying of the debt"
