Clearing my name!!!

I was under debt review and finished paying ALL my accounts in the beginning of the year. Woolworths insisted I still owed them money on my Personal Loan. The amount of R388.76 was apparently still reflecting as outstanding. I arranged for payment and forwarded proof of payment and clearance certificate. After a k'zillion phone calls later, speaking to many call centre agents I was advised that it will be cleared and to phone back in 2 weeks. I've been phoning so much to no avail. Around the 15 May 2015 I called again being told it still reflects negatively, but it will be resolved in week or so and I should call back. Today 25 May 2015 I called to once again be told nothing has been done and it still reflects negatively. Question is how many times should I still call and email the necessary documents to be assisted. The lady I spoke to today said: \yes
