clearance letter

I asked Woolworths loans department for a personal loan clearance letter on Tuesday 26 January 2016. The consultant said it's going to take 2 to 3 days. Today I called them because I haven't received anything. I get told it was sent on Thursday. I tell them I haven't received it. The guy tells me I Will receive it within 24 hours. I then call again to complain and the lady tells me there is nothing on my file about the clearance letter she will go to finance department I have to wait until Monday. Why must I wait for the whole week to get my clearance letter. This has inconvenienced me a lot. I don't think I'll ever take a loan with Woolworths again because they just make it difficult for me to sort out my finances.
