Clearance Certificate ignored

I was under debt review and paid up all my accounts in September 2014. I was sent a paid up letter by Woolworths and received a clearance certificate. I can still however not get credit or even upgrade my DSTV because Woolworths has still listed me on the credit Bureau!!! Why has this not been amended as I do not owe anyone. this clearance certificate and paid up letter have been forwarded to Woolworths by myself and debt therapy on NUMEROUS occasions! I would like to know why my name is still not cleared so that I can move on! I cannot get my child into her chosen school this year as my credit record will not allow it!!
