Classist treatment at Woolworths Pavillion Shopping Mall westville

I am utterly disgusted by the treatment I have recieved from Woolworths in pavillion mall. Clearly you need to be a person of colour for you to be treated like a decent customer. My husband bought me shoes for my graduation on 25 may 2024, as per norm i wore the shoes around the house to see if I would be able to walk the graduation stage with them. The shoe was a size bigger, it was falling off and was painful on the inside. As a paying unhappy customer I thought let me return the shoes and maybe choose something else at the same value. The lady came with so much attitude on her face and spoke in a very rude manner such that other customers could hear. She said she cant take in back as it has been worn. But this makes no sense. When people fit the shoe, do they not wear it? Do they not walk in it? Why then must I not get a refund for a shoe that clearly had been fitted by various customers before me? Do i need to be rich and white to be assisted and prioritised?
